CORLENN collects only information that visitors choose to provide through the traveller enquiry form, the partner introduction form or direct email communication.

Traveller enquiries

Information may include your name, email address, optional phone number, destinations, dates, traveller information, approximate travel investment and trip preferences you choose to share. We use it to respond to your enquiry, understand your travel requirements, communicate about possible CORLENN services and manage the relationship.

Partner introductions

Information may include your name, organisation or property, role, professional email, website, business type, location, business description, how you heard about CORLENN and other information you choose to share. We use it to review introductions, communicate with potential providers, evaluate possible relevance to CORLENN travellers and manage potential business relationships.

Form and website services

Formspree, an independent third-party service, processes submissions made through the website forms and delivers them to CORLENN. GitHub Pages, an independent third-party hosting service, hosts the static production website. You may contact CORLENN directly by email if you prefer not to use a form.

Tracking and payments

CORLENN V1.0 does not intentionally use advertising pixels, behavioural advertising, marketing advertising cookies or advertising tracking. CORLENN does not collect payment-card information through corlenn.com.

Sharing and retention

CORLENN does not sell personal information submitted through the website. Information may be handled by service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the website and communications. It is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was supplied, related communication, relationship management and reasonable business records.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you have shared with us, subject to any legal requirement to retain it.
